There is already a guide here:

http://flyakite.msfnhosting.com/

you have to use the "optimize" option when generating your ISO so a repeated file is only stored once...

Can you please give more specifics on that "optimize" function, I can't find it there...or here.

E.g. it's the -o parameter while using CDIMAGE.EXE

or use the "UltraISO" to create a "optimized" cd/dvd image file. But this program produced mostly larger image file than the MS cdimage.exe did - there is no option to enable "ignore diamond time stamps" in UltraISO.

Guys come on, Give me some credit, As I said I have already created one of the mult-boot disks in the guide posted in this forum. The difference is that all the files for each individual operating system remains. The file is in Iso then archived by winrar. When I extract the iso from the rar archive the iso is 700mb then when I extract the Iso it becomes 4.2gbs. B) B)

So what is the point?
The 'optimize'-option does just that. Have you actually tried it?

 Sorry guys, I think I must have been half-baked when I was working on this, You were right I wasn't using the optimize option. Used it and it worked great.
But, at least I know I can count on you guys when I'm losing my mind
Thanks again!
