Pop Up Dial up box BT openworld broadband Rate Topic:

Every time i go to log onto BT Yahoo Broadband it bring up an extra dial up connection. It looks like the old one is bt openworld broadband. its in a small grey rectangular box. The new one is in a big white box its really annoy as i have to close it a few times before it goes away has anyone else got this problem or nows how i can get rid of it any response would be great.

on this page at the top, goto TOOLS and then INTERNET OPTIONS,then goto CONNECTIONS, in there just remove the old unused connection....that will sort it.....cheers
