When i would start start my Task-Manager with STRG+ALT+ENTF i always get the message "The Task-Manager was deactivetet by the admininstrator"! I hope this translation is right 'cause my System is in German.
What could i do?
And by the way... i am the admin of this computer!

look at the security tab in C:\WINDOWS\system32\taskmgr.exe
see if you have permissions.
administrators= full control,modify,read & execute,read,write
power users=read & execute,read
system=full control,modify,read & execute,read,write
users=read & execute,read
see if you have permissions.
administrators= full control,modify,read & execute,read,write
power users=read & execute,read
system=full control,modify,read & execute,read,write

Edit the registry.
Navigate to the following sub key:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
In the right-hand pane, locate "DisableTaskMgr" and modify the value to 0.
And Navigate to this following sub key:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
In the right-hand pane, locate "DisableTaskMgr", if present, and modify the value to 0.
Navigate to the following sub key:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
In the right-hand pane, locate "DisableTaskMgr" and modify the value to 0.
And Navigate to this following sub key:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
In the right-hand pane, locate "DisableTaskMgr", if present, and modify the value to 0.
