do you want to remove items from the context menu or disable right click completely?

Disable or Remove items from menu: ShellExView (freeware)

Disable right click:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

;Disable the Ability to Right Click on Desktop and in Windows Explorer.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\Explorer]
"NoViewContextMenu"=dword:00000000
