Darn, just what I was looking for and the link says "The Link you clicked is unavailable". Any chance of a fix?

Probably best to wait a few days/weeks until 2.0 goes GA. It's really that close.
In the meantime, the current 2.0 beta2 has been quietly superceeded by two later builds (up to 1.9m130 now, 2.0b2 was really 1.9m125). The chatter in the developers area say that a real-live 2.0 RC should be ready Real Soon Now.
The new installer for 2.0 has a lot of switches to enable silent installations under Windows. No sense building a custom package when the official release does the same thing.

I use this command for open office
Works fine for me, plus it's only 78.5 MB with xtra dictionaries.

Just extract the setup files (download from openoffice.org). The setup EXE is packed in 7zip format.
Then, when extracted, all you need to do, is run the main .MSI file, with the switch "/QB". For example:
