So, with the assistance of the people in the Device Drivers forums I managed to get my unattend CD to recognizes a RAID array during text mode setup, using the nForce 4 chipset...

Now, my problem is that I'm running two 36.7GB Raptor drives in a stripped RAID array, Windows XP will install fine, but on the reboot to finalize the setup I get a blue screen and an error code, 0X00000024 (0X00190203, 0X8637D868, 0XC0000102, 0X00000000) and for the life of me I don't know why...

I figure it has something to do with the RAID array, but I don't know what...

Any thoughts or ideas?

Nevermind, got it fixed by using the 6.53 nForce drivers...
