:o When I open Outlook Express I receive the following error message:
"Windows cannot load the Iternet Configuration Library(ICFGNT.DLL). The following error occurred:
The specific module cannot be found"

I downloaded ICFGNT.dll and install it in the Internet Explorer folder. It did not help.
Where should I place that module (if any)?

OE != IE

Place the file in the Windows\System32 dir. Perhaps it works
