hi everybody, i looking for a accounting software which can keep thedatabase of the users, authenticate them and keep track of their activities. like those that used in ISPs. please tell that it's free or not and where is in use. cuz u know as far as i know, in every country, ISPs use a diffrent software for many type of services.

p.s.
i mean the software seperate from official AAA softwares like AD in Microsoft or NIS in Linux. something like third-party software for big ISP or cafe-net.

i already saw NTtak Plus from Mastersoft (Italia) but what is ISP util and which compnay great it?
