i have recently acquired a version of OS/2 and i was going to load it onto a test machine just for fun, but i wanted to know is there any point to do that is it worth it? :)

It is only worth it if you have an application that was written specifically for it - and very few (if any) have been written in many uears. If not - you will get nothing out of the experiment.

cool that saves me the time and trouble . also i have a copy of peanut linux is there any worth in that as well?

personally.. i think its not good.. i've either chosen Lindows or Windows.. they are both good OS's

QNX is a fun OS to play around with, its got a very nice GUI, but the fun doesn't last, because of its lack of applications. www.qnx.com

If you're new to Linux, give Mandrake/Lindows/SuSE a try. www.linuxiso.org (btw, Lindows is commercial so you won't find it at Linuxiso)
