Improvements for your isp what would you like to see

What would you like to see more of from an isp

Starting from most important to least important

1. Lower prices
2. Better services
3. More and or better support

synchronous cable. something like 5mbit up/down for $200 would even be acceptible.

extreme high speed at very low prices.

prices are rly insane, they could make it like 10$/month for 5mbs instead of over 40
