What exactly are you seeking to download ?

Hotfixes, updated Files and so on.
Not IE, MP, DX. I need all the Files which would be in a Servicepack or something like that. All Files after a clean install of Windows ME.

I know that, because i changed the tt to xx.
When i try to load the page. I get this:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Have you tried to use a proxy ? Maybe your IP adress is banned from his site.

I have tried 4 different proxies yet with no Luck .
IP adresses:
193.x.x.x
163.x.x.x and so on.
