does anyone know of where to find the dll file for the wallpaper need to get a wallpaper image from wallpapers on xp home

The wallpapers aren't stored in a dll file. They are bitmaps or jpgs typically.

The default wallpaper is found at C:\WINDOWS\Web\Wallpaper\Bliss.jpg.
