I need a generic Driver for PenDriver

hi, please i need a gneric driver for all pendrivers, for win98se is that need connect anywhere pendriver in Pc's with win98se, if somebody can help me... :thumbup

Ideally would be to have the functionallity of WinXP in Win98SE, so that we don't have to install a new driver each time a different pen-drive or thumb-drive is used.
Has someone an idea how to do it?
