I was wondering...is there a difference in performance when it comes to FAT32 and NTFS?

NTFS perfromance doesnt start to degrade on large hardrives like FAT32 does i think?

yep, NTFS performs best on hard disks over 30gb

Basicly NTFS is for NT, 2000 and XP because this is more secure because of the logins and encriptions, and FAT32 and 16, is for Windows 9x and XP

quite simply, FAT is faster but s**tty encryption and NTFS maybe be slower but high encryption and much more reliable.. as i use NTFS myself

The (Very Little) speed difference between the 2 is not anything in the way of impact of system performance, NTFS is way more stable and Fragmation is minimal.
