Have anyone experience when you click on the logoff button, you are presented with a logon? It require that I have to logon again to logoff. Interesting issue. My current setup is Exchange 2000 with SP3.

Thank you

Interesting... do you have any custom logon/logoff pages

The default logoff page is exchweb/bin/USA/logoff.asp and to my knowledge it doesnt redirect to anything else before this page. I guess verify permissions for the logoff page specifically.

The only other thing i can think of is if the stylesheet was in a Non-Anonymous directory.... but that is in the exchweb folder too.

Do you have anythign special with your logoff page? or is it default?

EDIT: You got me curious so I did some searching.. I found an EXACT MATCH on MS knowledgebase... here is the link

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?...kb;en-us;325906

lemme know if it works

This solved my problem with prompting username and password but one of my user discover another problem. When ever they login, they get a window that say login failed or cancelled. Strange.
