Razor Posted November 11, 2001 Share Posted November 11, 2001 Well,If MS only releases a "Pro" version, what would you do if you wanted to install "Pro" on 150 network computers at your office. You would go MAD making sure that each computer uses a different serial number etc. When you reinstall the computer you would have to use the original serial number as well.PAIN IN THE a** !!!That is y MS released a Corporate edition. To sell 200 copies at a time to a company and so it was easier for the company to manage their computers. They also got rid of the Windows Activation.
