Offic xp menu

Is there a way to have office xp (for that matter, all office products), to show all the contents of a menu selection, instead of clicking on the down arrow, or waiting for it to automatically drop down?

If you go into Settings there is probably an option somewhere that says "Use Personalized Menus". Uncheck that box and it should go back to the full menu (nothing hidden). It's a common option in every MS product since Windows 2000.
