2 issues with xpcreate august 18th

1. If you get file cannot be accessed at the start of the xpcreate process disable your antivirus. (nod32 caused this problem with me)

2. Hotfixes aren't integrated unless you edit xpcreate.cmd

replace CALL XPCPRVAR by CALL :SETVARS

remove CALL XPCTVARS

great work gm , i still prefer xpcreate to xplite

this caused an error but the first replace call works.
