W2K with IE6 SP1 Need help Rate Topic: -----

I've got a W2K CD with SP4 slipstream and I want to create an unattended installation with IE6 SP1 integrated. I have beginner to intermediate knowledge. Can someone help me with this or point me in the right direction?
