Can I build a style with stylebuilder and build the rest of my theme with desktop arcitect and how do I install the two files on my unattended dvd so that my style won't be overwritten by my theme? John :D :hello: :thumbup

do you mean, that you want to partly create a shellstyle and on the other part a theme file???? you might want to notice that (if this is your case) theme file have been altered (if im correct for XP...

but if thats not wat ur lookin for, - plz exlaine more clear....

I am trying to author my own shellstyle. Does anyone know how to do this? I am trying to figure out how to put a picture in the application background how do I do this without windowblinds and stylebuilder?

open up a shellstyle.dll in resource hacker and you can manually edit the UIFILE resources, thats how i have had todo it in past.
