Stoic Joker
Why would you want to, it's a safety feature. The Press any key... prompt only shows if there is a detectable OS on the drive. If the drive is bare (no OS installed) the prompt is skipped and the Windows setup starts automatically.
V@no
Thank you! exactly what I was looking for.Why would you want to, it's a safety feature. The Press any key... prompt only shows if there is a detectable OS on the drive. If the drive is bare (no OS installed) the prompt is skipped and the Windows setup starts automatically. In my case I need remove this because I added custom menu for some recovery tools on the cd. PC_LOAD_LETTER
My unattended install wipes the first drive it finds and starts installing if you 'Press any key to boot from CD' so i would never remove it but does anyone know how to increase the delay? or move the message to say somewhere near the middle of the screen?
