Office 2003 language Rate Topic: -----

I am trying to change the spelling in word as it has set itself to Welsh, problem is whenever I change it to Englaish (UK) it just stays as Welsh, I've tried to change the default language but it just stays as Welsh?

extra=>language=>set language ?
