11. Please refrain from using CAPITALIZATIONS in the topic title or when participating in threads because they will not attract attention - instead it will annoy many of MSFN's members.

it doesnt annoy me, all that this is is someone trying to make people read the post very much like the mods and admins stickying posts, its what goes on in life

you want to advertise your business - do you stick a little business card sized poster on the wall or do you have a big billboard???

Everyone will see your post regardless of capitalizations.

Personally I will be much more willing to read a topic titled:
[Help] Windows XP - Event log ID 1703
or
Firefox - Can't add extensions

Chances are... I won't even bother looking at a post with a title of:
HELP!!!! FIREFOX NOT WORKING!!!!111!!!!!

And this should probably be in the Site & Forum Issues section... not General Discussion.

At least you read the rules... that's a good thing. Thank you. ;)
