I've some problems with the licenses of win 2003 server:
In the licenses terminal server windows I can see 3 different type of license:
1 windows 2000 server license: temporary
2 temporary license windows 2300: assigned 7
3 windows 2003 terminal server per user call token: total 20, disponibility 20 assigned 0
I can't understand why if I try to connect to the server it give me a temporary license, not one of the 20ty I have installed.
I also have changed in configuration terminal services the license management from pc to user.
Help me please !

2k3 licenses are defaulted to per PC.. MS now offeres licenses per user which needs to be specified in the terminal service connection propertied which type it is going to use..

It will start off by requesting the temporary license.. once the 60 or 90 days( I cant remember) are up... it will give out its first regular license.. Kinda a silly setup but that is how they do it.. I went through the same frustrations about 2 years ago.. I didnt understand it myself
