does any body deploy AutoCAd 2005 ?

-i deploy it but i do not know why each time users (network users with Local profile ) want run CAD2005 first it must configure itself and then execute. it take about 4 min ?

-the other problem is that users with mandatory profile coulde not run CAD because all profile do not load (transfer) form server to workstation and it cause some neccesary file that CAD need not be avalibale when cad wana load ?
how can i configure profiles that first load all files and then peremit users to logon ?

i find out that by useing right click and use "Run As..." menu ( By using local administrator or powerusers username and password ),network users can execute CAD2005 without any problem.
my Q is that how can i give network user (domain users) power users permission ?
