:blushing:
Today started to install windows small business server 2003 in my HP LP1000r rack mount server. After the automatic re-boot and before the logon screen the monitor goes blank and I can't see anything. However, if I re-boot as in a safe mode I do not have problems accessing windows.

Anybody can't give a hint why I have this issue. It is the first time I will use and install windows small business server 2003.

Any type of hint, help, advise, or comments that you can provide me I would be greatly appreciated.

:thumbup

Thanks!

I just restarted my Windows Small Business Server 2003 (MSBS3) and I press F* and select to run as VGA. Hold and behold, I have the logon screen. Yes, probably it is my video card. The strange is that it is the HP LP1000r default video card (ATI Rageon XL PCI). I will contact ATI and see what I can do.

I am new with using servers and d you know how I can setup as VGA until I find the fix.

Thank you.

Bernard
