I booted into windows PE and tried to run the Setup file from a 2003 folder, I then got an error message that Says I had to goto control panel and do add remove programs, or something like that. Any idea why this is happening?

Did you rename the I386 directory to something else? If so, undo that.

No, all the files are in the same directory in the same manner as they appear on the CD.

I do the winnt32 /noreboot to extract the boot files, then I do all the .bin modifications and remove the 3 files. I have the setup files in \Setup\win2k3srv\ directory, and the 3STD.DAT file in the root. Im using cdshell to multiboot and It boots to the menu fine and will boot windows PE just fine.
