When copying files of my Winpe to a network share, 8 hours are added to the time stamp. I assume this is because PE is running on US time zone and regional settings.

Whilst im looking does anyone know how to modify this?

To finally get mine to work right I deleted all the values in the following registry key:
\ControlSet001\Control\TimeZoneInformation

1. load setupreg.hiv in regedit under HKLM
2. name it PESYSTEM
3. navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\PESYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\TimeZoneInformation
4. delete all values
5. unload setupreg.hiv
6. rebuild your iso

HTH

For me it reads the information off of my pc.
