Hi, this is my first post so here goes - I'm using Office 2000 and my questions relates to Outlook. I want to be able to show a different name as the sender on some of my emails. Eg two business names that I use for different clients. Is there an easy way to make this happen?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
By the way - I'm in Adelaide, South Australia.
David

One possibility would be mulitple profiles--I have never tried this, so this is a guess at best. Under "Control Panel->Mail" you can select the option to prompt for profile, enabling multiple profiles under the same windows user account. You can set up each profile with the sender's info you desire.

This will not work if your account is on an exchange server, however, because in that case this information is stored on the exchange server as opposed to a local profile.

you can add additional accounts in addition to the exchange server account then when you create an email you get a "Accounts" button in your toolbar where you can select who you are sending it as.
