I had my cusin build a site layout for me with adobe photoshop but i want some changes made to but he's been to busy over the past few weeks to do it. I have photoshop installed but i have no clue really of how to use it, it's a window image of the site and inside of the window he placed a pic of a kitchen.

Instead of the kitchen i would like to place a pic of a school bus but don't know how to do it, can some help me?

a quick solution, hope it help:

-open the the image in Photoshop
-from menu: layer > new > layer press OK
-if the backgroud of the image is white, then you will make a white rectangle to hide the kitchen image:
-choose white color
-click on rectangle tool in the tools box at left
-click and drag to hide the kitchen
-now, open the bus image
-select > all
-edit > copy
-paste the bus image inside your first image, it will be on the white rectangle
-edit > free transform to change the size of the bus if you want then press enter to apply transform changes.
-save your work: you can save it in PSD format so you can edit it later
or in any image format you want...

this was a quick guide, may be your image need more complex work.
