hey all

Using VMWare to test my unattended windows iso, but have a problem getting the network/internet to work...no connection...
Using static ip and set up virtual machine using NAT option... any ideas?

Hi there -.-PhanTom-.-

I guess you want to use NAT out of security reasons, but is it really necessary? Why don’t you just use "bridged networking" instead? VMWare comes with its own little DHCP functionality, so the host and the guest will still have different IP's, even though you physical network interface is set for static IP...

Kind Regards.

Hej Martin :)

Den eneste grund til jeg valgte NATS var at det var beskrevet sådan i Unattended guiden... første gang overhovedet jeg bruger VMWare.
Prøver at lave den some bridged istedet...tak :)
