Maybe we should let XPero pick the best set out of the ones posted here (and ofcourse if he finds more) and make a poll in this forum, the set with the most votes will be integrated in XPize (XPero is ofcourse entirely free to add what he wants ;))

As you may well know, from all my time here at MSFN, I like people opinion and I like doing what the majority of users want (even if I do not agree with it). So, we ALL will choose what icon set to include in XPize. But I will add only one, because size is important for the unattended community ;)

Just a thought, I would think you would want 2 cursors... one that is workable/usable against a dark/black background and another more suited against a light/white one...

I like the white and black alphablended ones.

In my opinion, those OSX cursors would be a mistake. The colourful spinning things are ugly, and this is XPize not OSXize.

Hehehe. I thought this thread was literally talking about cursors...such as seen in an Editor window, or command shell or the like. Not mouse pointer/cursors.

The blue glass cursor by Tornado5 is really nice. While not a complete set, I think it would be the perfect companion. Perhaps we can request this be finished.

The contrast white set isn't bad either, I usually alternate between the two.

I like the contrast white/black set; then the fedora/inverse set. And I agree the osx cursors are ugly. Why not include several cursors?

Also i try to install extra cursors using my cursor pack unattended during wpi but the do not install, does anyone have a solution for this?

This post has a silent cursor pack that will work with WPI.

ah, i see you need to have the cursors copied before wpi is run otherwise the theme wont load them. You must put them in the $OEM$\$$\Cursors folder to work unattended.

Atlast we have an xpize which has got new and better cursors. Great work xpero. I think you are trying out how to work the cursors in this beta release. hope you have a poll for the cursor set in the final release.

@itsme_4ucz

i have not yet tested that pack. but if you have got just the individual cursors you shall have to asign each and every cursor on your own using the mouse panel in control panel.
