How could Windows Live Safety Center be included on UADVD?

Its a simple cab file.You can find this cab into the "Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5" folder.Name is "wlscbase*.cab".Copy another location extract it and run iexpress.exe in same folder create self extracting archive with wlcsBase.inf "install command" than put your uadvd-vcd.

I don't have a Content.IE5 in %UserProfile%\Lokale innstillinger\Temporary Internet Files. (The correct norwegian path).
Although I do have Windows Live Safety Center "installed".

take look at with total commander or similar external file manager.Windows hiding protected folders from users

I have the dir under same path for default user and Local/Network Services, but not %UserProfile%. Could you past a link to the cab?
