Try objectdock_freeware.exe /s

RunOnceEx:
REG ADD %KEY%\130 /VE /D "ObjectDock" /f
REG ADD %KEY%\130 /V 1 /D "%INSTALLPATH%\Applications\Objectdock\objectdock_freeware.exe /s" /f

It should work with a self extracting RAR/7Zip. Just compress the ObjectDock directory and have it extract to Program Files folder, you will just need to export the reg key with you Serial and settings. This should work, I have tried it, but it was a few months ago now.
