install xp -> cp/user accounts/ security problem with .HTA ? Rate Topic: -----

I have had an unnatented install CD I made with nlite last year, with an older version, and it's awesome, works generally really well..

except, with no windows themes, if I try to access the 'user accounts' dialog from the control panel twice consecutively, I get an IE style error dialog saying that there are security problems launching the .HTA file etc.

Anyone know of this? Is it to do with my cd? I've tried installing from my unnatended version numerous times after format and always get this.

Any help is appreciated! :)
