Nilfred
I'd like to know if is there a GPO or something easy to allow normal users to install fonts in Windows XP.I hate that administrator task , a lot of time I'll save if an user can do it by himself every time a new font should be instaled in all machines. cluberti
Use the GPO to change permissions on the %windir%\fonts folder to give the needed user or user groups change permissions on that folder, and that user or group will be able to install fonts. cluberti
I do not have such registry keys on workstations in my domain, but if you do, it would go without saying that your users would need special access to most keys in HKLM for things like this to work. AndrewParker
HiI think you could package your fonts up into an msi, then publish this with a GPO so that the users could install the package from Add Remove Programs using the Add New Programs Button, or if you could force it on them at login which would be even easier...msi creator: wininstallCheers
