Look in "C:Documents and Settings[i:61ef64dc51]username[/i:61ef64dc51]Start Menu"

If you installed programs as [i:61ef64dc51]username[/i:61ef64dc51] then the programs create their shortcuts here, unless they know to put them in:

"C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersStart Menu"

If you have a program accessible while logged in as [i:61ef64dc51]username[/i:61ef64dc51] but not to any other users, move the start menu groups/entries from

"C:Documents and Settings[i:61ef64dc51]username[/i:61ef64dc51]Start Menu"

to

"C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersStart Menu"

That way, everyone who logs on will see the shortcuts in

"C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersStart Menu"

but you can still keep the other programs you don't want accessed in

"C:Documents and Settings[i:61ef64dc51]username[/i:61ef64dc51]Start Menu"
