I've done a search and have found nothing on creating the cd, just how to shrink it! Are there any guides available or steps, tips, tricks?

The usual place for everything unattended...

Depends how far you wanna go really, but it did me fine, even with a non enterprise version of Office, as still able to make admin install, silent unattended.. with help from several posts from this forum...
