Is there a free process listing thing like in NT for 98se that tells you how much memory programs are actually using? and maybe CPU usage

Wintop by Microsoft (part of the 95 kernel toys) does what you want for 32bits processes.

Tasklist by Japheth (in German) will give you also some detailed information about 16 bits processes.

(no CPU usage though)
