Key Features:
Cleans up Interent Explorer and Mozilla Firefox history
Cleans up index.dat files without the need for a Windows restart
Keep selected items
Cleans up your offline activity traces
Cleans up custom folders and registry keys
Automatically cleans up when IE or Firefox exits
Various notification methods
Secure deletion

To install IE Privacy Keeper in the silent mode, use the following command line parameters with the installation program:

/SILENT - the wizard and the background window are not displayed but the installation progress window is;
/VERYSILENT - the installation progress window is also not displayed.

Some handy info:
IEPrivacyKeeper.exe executes after silent install.

Also useful in Ie is the callingid.com toolbar whisch lets you see where the site you're view is in the real world.
Very useful whentransfering data or purchasing from an unknown site.
and free. been using it for about 3 months.
