Hi every1 can some1 please tell me why I can’t download nothing from the download section every time the I try it come this messages

Your ad-blocking or firewall software is a likely cause for this, disable both of them.

I've tried everything that came up in my mind to download the TweakUI 1.21.
Disabled my firewall. Removed Pop-up blocker, etc.
Still can't download the file!
ARGH!
