dirtwarrior
Why do you opened the topic if you don't have a beta or something? It will not take long. He is author of mindows
z0mbi3
What in the world is Mindows? was that a typo? if not fill me in on what "Mindows" is
Zxian
It's not a typo... The Mindows ProjectIt's meant to be a very small and functional install of Windows. You could have found that by searching yourself...
Aegis
XP-GE is meant to be even smaller than Mindows, having but ~3 directories in its Windows folder and ~3MB registry. Although the stats are bound to change, this is a much more impressive base than Mindows. In other news, I'm debating whether I should add in browser support or not... EchoNoise
Won't you need browser support for Steam??
atomizer
Steam(ing pile of c***) yeah, i believe IE is required for Steam. i almost always turn away from dev's that require IE to run their s/w. Valve's 'Steam' platform is no different. although i've always bought the games (including HL2), i don't run Steam anymore!where there's a will, there's a hack. Zxian
Holy crap... just saw the updated first post. Under 20MB is nuts... It'll be funny to see a computer where the OS takes up 20MB and games take up 3GB each...
Aegis
@atomizerCare to elaborate on that ?And I'm thinking of integrating Diskeeper 10 with GE. Maybe a stripped down version that won't do anything except defrag and then ask Diskeeper Corporation for permission .
