Could the network settings that the network wizard implements be set during unattend install?

Im asking, cause for some reason file sharing is default to off and connection set to be through a gateway after install, wich is wrong and results in LAN computers having problems browsing my files.

I'd like default settings to be
Sharing of files and printers on
Internet connection through DSL modem>>Router
