there are a project "blackbox for windows". and another one (that i am using) .. is name is aston shell... here is a screenshot from my desktop (with aston shell runing) ...

I decided on the Longhorn_ELITE found at aston. Made it my June Desktop found HERE in the MSFN June Desktops.

Very nice site with lots of cool themes and great artisit. Very stable!
