Hi,
I mostly need .NET Framework 1.1. But can I install 2.0 and not loose 1.1? How goes for compatibility of this two? Any suggestions?

I have found no compatibility problems.
You can safely install 2.0 over your 1.x setup. In fact if you have a fresh machine, you only need to install .Net 2.0 because it supports 1.x also.
MS spends way more time than you think making sure the newest framework is 100% compatible.

Sorry, but you 100% incorrect
Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 is NOT backwards compatible.
IT DOES NOT overwite or update the 1.1 installation.
You will need BOTH until such time that 2.x is updated with backwards compatibility.

imo install 1.1sp1, then 2.0
Just install 2.0 after 1.1 and hotfix, they don't have compatibility issue working together.
Anyway, i tought that I won't neeed 1.1 if I install 2.0, but windows update sees it as missing update so i decided to keep both on computers and Unattended install CD/DVD. Untill further notice from Gods from Redmond.
