Custom for my servers. It suffers intermittent crashes if I don't build it.

Dell gives purpose to things like Drive Image and Ghost. I've been working with this computer for 5 years and I still haven't needed either program for it. I'm not going to look to Dell if they start selling AMDs either. Like that will ever happen...lol

I will have to choose Custom Built. No one better than us to decide what we need inside our case, or in some cases, what we dont need.

I have a Dell PC but I prefer my Packard Bell laptop over it ;)

I have to admit it now I have a computer case made by Dell but the only other thing in the case by dell is one of my memory sticks. lol But everything else is from everywhere else.

Custom built. Its more cheaper without all that unnecessary computer software.

I consider it quite relevant to the topic, actually. The more users that help other users realize how crappy Dell is will hopefully influence more and more users to use their heads and build their PCs and feel good about what's inside their case, instead of worrying how long it will run before overheating. :hello:

Ok, ok, fair game. Well, it's been established that not many people like Dell. How about we have people specify the brands/manufacturers of the various parts in their PCs?

I have AMD, Antec, BenQ, OCZ, DFI, and Nvidia.

For a cpu Intel Celeron D 320 / 2400mhz
For the Motherboard I have ECS 845GV-M3
For the Memory I have Micron Tech
For the Video Card I have nVIDIA
For harddrives I have 1. Hitachi Deskstar 7K250 40.0gb 2. IBM Deskstar 180GXP 80.0gb 3. Western Digital 40.0gb
My CD/DVD ROM is a Lite-On DVDRW SOHW-812S

Umm I think that gets the main parts lol
