Hello all, I just signed up last night since I wanted to be able to really participate in the discussions here.

I have been looking at this site for about a week now and have found all of your comments to be extremely helpful.

I am a Service Coordinator and Helpdesk/Network admin at a small firm here in Seattle, WA.

I have been leaning towards getting several certifications and basically just getting started in the industry.

I hope that I can be a contributing member of this forum soon as I have learned a few things on my own that might be helpful.
