patch works great :)

You may need to edit configcache.xml, but not the one with your email address as the folder name. the one in the folder named with numbers only (eg 332453).

Let me know if that helps.

What do you mean by that? Are you trying to apply the All-In-One patch? If so, your msnmsgr.exe file is located at C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\msnmsgr.exe

Hope this helps...

Still no games tho :)

I made a patch that searches for a certain string in ConfigCache.xml and changes it to work in the UK...Someone has got to test this out for me...

BTW, the target file has to be C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Microsoft\MSN Messenger\<e-mail>\ConfigCache.xml

Hope this works for you people in the UK...BTW, this will NOT remove any tabs you have for MSN 6...

Well I downloaded that, closed MSN, patched the files and still no games

Yay!!  I made a nice All-In-One patch which does the following to MSN 6.0.0256:

- Removes ALL ads
- Removes BETA title
- Enables all games except Bejeweled

It can be downloaded here!

Tested it out on two people's computers and it works fine!  Be sure to view the "Read Me"!

And here's a screenie:

i tried installing the patch and it asked me for the msmsgr.exe and i don't know where it is located :)

3 unique folders means you have signed in to MSN Messenger with 3 different accounts. AFAIK there's no way of knowing which one is yours, so you'll probably have to edit all three configcache.xml files.
