I'm using HFSLIP to integrate hotfixes (and silent switchless installers via svpk) to the source, my question is how wiil it work with running nLite later and integrating add-ons with it? I mean will nLite 'see' that there are already files in svpk folder? will it add them after or before that already integrated? and so..

HFSLIP "slipstreams" files - it unpacks + patches + repacks them, rather than "integrating" them, which is slow and patches during the install(and also has lots of bugs for me).
/integrate seems to really degrades OS performance until you reboot, but that's not too much of a problem during windows install.
As long as you don't use the HFSLIP FDV files(Win2k), then the result should be compatible with nLite.
