For some reason, I now have a TEMP folder in my C:\ drive...It appeared a few days ago, but whenever I delete it, it comes back...Is there a way I can fix this?

Well, I just did a registry edit, so hopefully it won't come back...

Start / Control Panel / System / Advanced / Environment Variables
Remove the entry "C:\Temp"
Remove the entry "C:\Temp"

Don't worry...I guess this doesn't make a big difference, but I changed it to "%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp". So now it goes wherever my other temporary stuff goes!

how about making a proggeh to delete the directory in question on intervals or on start up ?
